Steve

Owner

Steve started as an apprentice in 1987. He was placed third in the National Apprentice Of The Year competition. He carried out a four year apprenticeship with BMW and a further seven years as a BMW technician. After that, he worked in a supervisory role for four more years before taking a managerial role within BMW.

Stuart

Technician

Stuart and Steve have been friends since school and worked together at BMW for a number of years. Stuart then spent some time working for BMW in Perth, Australia and on his return came back to work with Steve at BMW in Cheltenham He then spent a number of years at Mercedes before joining us in 2008. Stuart has control of the garage when Steve isn't around and he can deal with any issues relating to your car.

Phil

Technician

Phil joined us in March 2021. Phil used to work with Mark at Cotswold BMW before spending a number of years at an Audi main dealer.

Mark

Technician

When Steve first started as an apprentice for BMW in 1987, Mark was the foreman of the workshop. Mark has over 35 years on BMWs, and he is very well versed in all of the models. When he left BMW to join us in January 2009, he was one of BMW's Senior Technicians and is now one of our MOT testers.

Ben and Regan

Technicians

Ben (left) spent a number of years at Toyota before moving to a local BMW dealer. He then spent some time working for a car restoration company before joining us in January.

Regan (right) carried out his apprenticeship at BMW and joined us in May 2023 after working for a local BMW dealer for 6 years. Regan is also one of our MOT testers.
